Navigation: Use the TAB key to move from field to field or click in the desired field Use the RETURN (ENTER) or ESC key to clear the field containing the cursor Press CANCEL or RETURN (ENTER) to return to the previous screen/menu Conventions: Gray data can not be changed by users Black data names indicate that that the corresponding data can be changed Blue data names indicate that the 'Trails' Screen is to be used to change the data Pink data names indicate that the 'Personal Information' or 'Monitors and Data Entry People' (Administrators) screen is to be used to make changes Green text is used for examples and help Red text indicates errors to be corrected An "*" indicates a required field Data Notes: Use drop down boxes to select season, county, trail and/or monitor Latitude and longitude, if provided, must be entered using decimal notation in degrees; viz, DD.ddddd . Alternately enter the ZIP code for the trail Data must be saved (click on Save) prior to returning to previous screen otherwise changes will be lost After selecting a county click on 'Select County'; after selecting a trail click on 'Get Data' Dates are entered as mm/dd, mm/dd/yy or mm/dd/yyyy.
